Terms of Service
How we work together — our services, your rights, and the way we treat one another.
These terms describe how we work together when you use this website or partner with Studio Soulcial, a creative media studio operated by Ashley Alyssa LLC.
They're meant to be read and understood, not lawyered over — if anything is unclear, just ask.
Our services
Studio Soulcial provides short-form video editing and creative media support for churches, ministries, and Christian creators. The exact scope of any project — deliverables, timelines, and pricing — is agreed between us before work begins.
The First Five™ is a complimentary creative experience for qualifying new ministry and creator partners: five edited short-form videos with engaging hooks, on-screen captions, ready-to-publish titles, and suggested hashtags. It carries no obligation and requires no sales call. We offer it at our discretion, and a simple conversation is all it takes to request it.
Your content and rights
You keep full ownership of your message, your recordings, and any material you share with us. By sending materials our way, you confirm you have the right to share them — including sermon footage, music, and any content featuring other people.
We retain ownership of the editing work, design choices, and creative methods we bring to a project. Once a project is delivered and paid for in full, the finished videos are yours to publish, share, and use for your ministry.
With your permission, we may feature completed work in our portfolio. We'll always ask first.
Payment
Project pricing is agreed in writing before work begins. Unless we agree otherwise, final files are delivered once payment is complete.
The First Five™ is complimentary — no payment, no obligation.
Working together kindly
We reserve the right to decline projects that don't align with our faith and values. We'll always tell you honestly and respectfully if that happens.
We ask the same care in return: that the material you share is yours to use, and that our time together is treated with kindness on both sides.
A few honest disclaimers
We work hard to deliver excellent work, but our services are provided as they are — we can't promise specific view counts, engagement, or outcomes. Those belong to God and to the algorithms.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ashley Alyssa LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our work together.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally; the current version always lives on this page. They were last updated in October 2026.
