Privacy Policy
Plain words about what we collect, why we keep it, and the care we take with it.
Studio Soulcial is a creative media studio operated by Ashley Alyssa LLC. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do — and don't do — with it.
It's written plainly, because your trust matters more to us than fine print.
Information we collect
When you start a conversation through our form, we receive what you share there: your name, your email address, your church, ministry, or organization, your website if you choose to include it, a description of what you'd like help with, your preferred monthly budget range, and whether you'd rather connect by email or Zoom.
If you email us directly at ashley@ashleyholtman.com, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
That's all. We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect information about you from anywhere else.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to your message, to prepare a thoughtful reply or a proposal, and — if you've asked for The First Five™ — to create the complimentary clips you requested.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking first. We don't share your details with anyone except the services that keep this website running.
Your media
If we work together, any sermon recordings, footage, or files you share are used only for your projects. We never publish or reuse your material in our portfolio, examples, or anywhere else without your permission.
How your information is kept
Conversation submissions are stored securely in this website's private database, visible only to Studio Soulcial. We keep them only as long as they're useful for our conversation and any work that follows.
No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete what we've kept, or to answer any question about this policy. Just email ashley@ashleyholtman.com — a real person (Ashley) will read it.
Updates to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh date. It was last updated in October 2026.
